भगवान कृष्ण मानस पूजा स्तोत्र भगवान कृष्ण की उनके भक्त श्री जगद्गुरु शंकराचार्य द्वारा की गई मानस पूजा है। यह पूजा भक्त अपने मन से संपन्न करता है। यह एक मानसिक पूजा है । उन्होंने अपने हृदय में भगवान कृष्ण की कल्पना कर के उनकी पूजा संपन्न की है ।
The Bhagwan Manas Pooja Stotra is a Pooja of God Krishna made by his devotee Jagadguru Shankaracharya. This pooja is supposed to be performed by the devotee in his mind. He has to visualize God Krishna in his heart.
श्री कृष्ण मानस पूजा स्तोत्रम्
हृदम्भोजे कृष्णस्सजलजलदश्यामलतनुः
सरोजाक्षः स्रग्वी मकुटकटकाद्याभरणवान् ।
शरद्राकानाथप्रतिमवदनः श्रीमुरलिकां
वहन् ध्येयो गोपीगणपरिवृतः कुङ्कुमचितः ॥ १ ॥
मैं अपने हृदय रूपी कमल में भगवान श्रीकृष्ण के दर्शन करता हूँ । भगवान कृष्ण के शरीर का रंग जल से भरे बादल के समान गहरा नीला है । उनकी सुंदर आंखें कमल के समान हैं। उनके गले में माला है। उनके सिर पर स्वर्ण शिखा और शरीर पर अन्य सोने के आभूषण हैं। उनका मुख चाँदनी रात अर्थात शरद ऋतु के चन्द्रमा के समान चमक रहा है। उनके हाथ में बांसुरी है और शरीर तथा मस्तक पर केसर लगा हुआ है। वह अनेक गोपियों से घिरे हुए हैं।।1।।
I see Lord Shri krishna in my lotus like heart. God Krishna’s body color is like the cloud filled with water i.e. dark blue. His beautiful eyes are like lotus. He has a garland around his neck. He has gold crest on his head, and other gold ornaments on his body. His face is shining like the moon night. He has flute in his hand and Keshar is applied on his body and forehead. He is surrounded by many Gopis.1
पयोम्भोधेर्द्वीपान्मम हृदयमायाहि भगवन्
मणिव्रातभ्राजत्कनकवरपीठं भज हरे ।
सुचिह्नौ ते पादौ यदुकुलजनेनेज्मि सुजलैः
गृहाणेदं दूर्वादलजलवदर्घ्यं मुररिपो ॥ २ ॥
हे भगवान केशव ! मैं आपसे अनुरोध करता हूं कि आप क्षीर-सागर में अपना स्थान छोड़कर मेरे हृदय रूपी कमल में प्रवेश करें। मैंने तुम्हारे लिये एक सिंहासन तैयार रखा है, वह सोने का बना है और उस पर बहुत से रत्न जड़े हुए हैं। हे भगवान कृष्ण ! आपका जन्म यदुकुल में हुआ है। हे भगवान श्रीकृष्ण ! आपके चरणों में शुभ चिह्न हैं। मैं आपके चरण पवित्र एवं निर्मल जल से धो रहा हूँ। हे भगवान मुरारे ! मैं आपको अर्घ्य के लिए दूर्वा, फल, पवित्र जल, कुमकुम और अक्षत अर्पित कर रहा हूँ। कृपया इसे स्वीकार करें।।2।।
O! Lord Krishna ! I request you to enter into my lotus like heart by leaving your abode in the milk-ocean. I have kept a throne ready for you. It is made up of gold and many jewels and jems are embedded on it. O lord Krishna ! you have born in Yadu dynasty. Lord krishna! your feet are having auspicious signs. I am washing your feet with holy and pure water. O God Murare ! I am giving you Durva, Fruits, Holy Water, Kumkum and Akshata for Arghya. Please accept it.2
त्वमाचामोपेन्द्र त्रिदशसरिदम्भोऽतिशिशिरं
भजस्वेमं पञ्चामृतरचितमाप्लावमघहन् ।
द्युनद्याः कालिन्द्या अपि कनककुम्भस्थितमिदं
जलं तेन स्नानं कुरु कुरु कुरुष्वाचमनकम् ॥ ३ ॥
हे वामन ! हे उपेन्द्र ! मैं शुभ गंगा नदी से पवित्र एवं शीतल जल लाया हूँ। कृपया इसे आचमन के लिए स्वीकार करें। हे पापनाशक! मैं आपके स्नान के लिए पंचामृत (चीनी, दूध, शहद, दही और घी) लाया हूँ। यह स्वीकार करें। इसलिए मैं सभी अच्छे और मीठे फलों का रस भी लाया हूँ। मैंने एक सोने के घड़े में गंगा और यमुना का पवित्र जल रखा है। स्नान के बाद आचमन के लिए पवित्र जल स्वीकार करें।।3।।
O! Vamana, O God Upendra ! I have brought holy and cold water from auspicious Ganga river. Please accept it for Aachaman. O Destroyer of sins, I have brought Panchamrut (sugar, milk, honey, curd and ghee) for your bath. Please accept it. So also I have brought juice of all good and sweet fruits. I have kept holy water of Ganga and Yamuna in a gold pitcher. After bathing accept the holy water for Aachaman.3
तडिद्वर्णे वस्त्रे भज विजयकान्ताधिहरण
प्रलम्बारिभ्रातः मृदुलमुपवीतं कुरु गले ।
ललाटे पाटीरं मृगमदयुतं धारय हरे
गृहाणेदं माल्यं शतदलतुलस्यादिरचितम् ॥ ४ ॥
हे भगवान श्रीकृष्ण ! आप राक्षसों का नाश करने वाले और सदैव विजयी हैं। आपने राक्षसों को हराकर रुक्मिणी से विवाह किया है। मैं तुम्हारे लिए दो वस्त्र लाया हूँ – एक पहनने के लिए और दूसरा तन ढकने के लिए। कपड़े बिजली के समान चमक रहे हैं और पीले रंग के हैं। हे बलराम के भाई और प्रलंबासुर राक्षस के विनाशक ! मैं आपके लिए नरम यज्ञोपवीत (पुरुषों द्वारा जनेऊ धारण करने के बाद पहना जाने वाला सूती धागा) लाया हूँ , कृपया इसे अपने गले में धारण करें। मैं तुम्हें चंदन और कस्तूरी का लेप अर्पित कर रहा हूँ। कृपया इसे अपने माथे पर लगाएं। कृपया कमल, तुलसी और अन्य फूलों से बनी माला पहनें।।4।।
O God Shrikrishna you are destroyer of demons and always victorious. You have married Rukhmini after defeating devils. I have brought two clothes for you one is for wearing and other is for covering the body. The clothes are shining like lightning and yellow in color. O brother of Balrama and destroyer of Pralambasur demon! I have brought soft Yajnopavita (thread of cotton wear by males after their thread in ceremony) for you please wear it around your neck. I am offering you paste of Sandal wood and Kasturi. Please apply it on your forehead. Please wear the garland which is made up of lotus and holy basil and other flowers.4
दशाङ्गं धूपं सद्वरद चरणाग्रेऽर्पितमिदं
मुखं दीपेनेन्दुप्रभ विरजसं देव कलये ।
इमौ पाणी वाणीपतिनुत सुकर्पूररजसा
विशोध्याग्रे दत्तं सलिलमिदमाचाम नृहरे ॥ ५ ॥
हे भगवान कृष्ण ! आप सदैव अपने भक्तों को आशीर्वाद देते रहते हैं। मैं आपके चरणों में दस विभिन्न जड़ी-बूटियों का सुगंधित धुआं अर्पित करता हूं और आपके मुख पर एक छोटे से प्याले में रखे कपूर की रोशनी दिखा रहा हूँ अर्थात मैं आपकी आरती कर रहा हूँ (भगवान के मुख के सामने गोलाकार गति में दीपक घुमा रहा हूँ )। भगवान ब्रह्मा भी आपकी स्तुति करते हैं। आचमन हेतु सुगंधित एवं पवित्र जल स्वीकार करें।।5।।
O God krishna ! You are always giving your blessings to your devotees. I have kept the scented smoke from ten different herbs near your feet please accept it. I am performing Aarti with camphor (moving and showing the light of camphor kept in a small lamp in circular motion before the Gods face). God you are praised by Brahma. Please accept the scented and holy water for Aachaman.5
सदातृप्ताऽन्नं षड्रसवदखिलव्यञ्जनयुतं
सुवर्णामत्रे गोघृतचषकयुक्ते स्थितमिदम् ।
यशोदासूनो तत् परमदययाऽशान सखिभिः
प्रसादं वाञ्छद्भिः सह तदनु नीरं पिब विभो ॥ ६ ॥
हे यशोदा के पुत्र भगवान कृष्ण ! मैं आपके लिए भोजन प्रसाद लाया हूँ जिसमें छह प्रकार के रस से युक्त पांच प्रकार की मिठाई शामिल हैं। खाने में कई तरह की चीजें हैं जो आपको पसंद आएंगी। भोजन का प्रसाद सोने की थालियों में लाया जाता है। थाली में घी की कटोरी भी रखी होती है। कृपया इसे स्वीकार करें और अपने सभी सखाओं के साथ इसे खाएं।।6।।
O Son of Yashoda ! God krishna ! I have brought food offering for you, which include 5 types of sweets containing six types of juice. The food contains much different type of items which you will like. The food offering is brought in gold plate. A bowl of ghee is also kept in the plate. Please accept it and eat it with all your friends.6
सचूर्णं ताम्बूलं मुखरूचिकरं भक्षय हरे
फलं स्वादु प्रीत्या परिमलवदास्वादय चिरम् ।
सपर्यापर्याप्त्यै कनकमणिजातं स्थितमिदं
प्रदीपैरारार्तिं जलधितनयाश्लिष्ट रचये ॥ ७ ॥
हे भगवान श्रीकृष्ण! मैं आपके लिए ताम्बूल (सुपारी, नींबू, इलायची, नारियल आदि युक्त पान का पत्र अर्थात पत्ता ) लाया हूँ। कृपया इसे भोजन के बाद खाएं। मैं तुम्हारे लिये मीठे और बहुत स्वादिष्ट फल लाया हूँ। कृपया खाइए। हे भगवन ! आपको लक्ष्मी ने गले लगा लिया है। मैं तुम्हारे लिए सोने के आभूषण और जवाहरात लाया हूँ। हे भगवन! मैं आरती कर रहा हूँ ! कृपया इसे स्वीकार करें।।7।।
O Lord krishna ! I have brought Taambul (a roll of the betel leaf containing areca-nut, lime, Cardamoms, Cocount Etc.) for you. Please eat it after your meal. I have brought sweet and very tasty fruits for you. Please eat. O God ! You have been embraced by Lakshmi. I have brought Gold ornaments and jewels for you. O God ! I am performing Aarti. Please accept it.7
विजातीयैः पुष्पैरतिसुरभिभिर्बिल्वतुलसी-
युतैश्चेमं पुष्पाञ्जलिमजित ते मूर्ध्नि निदधे ।
तव प्रादक्षिण्यक्रमणमघविद्ध्वंसि रचितं
चतुर्वारं विष्णो जनिपथगतिश्रान्तिद विभो(श्रान्तविदुषाम्) ॥ ८ ॥
हे भगवान कृष्ण! मैं आपके लिए पवित्र तुलसी और बेल पत्र (भगवान शिव के लिए पवित्र पत्ते और वृक्ष) और सुगंधित फूल अर्पित कर रहा हूँ कृपया इसे स्वीकार करें। मैं जानता हूं कि मुझ सहित सभी लोग आसक्ति के कारण ही अपना जीवन दुख में समाप्त करते हैं। मैं चार प्रदक्षिणाएं कर रहा हूं (भगवान के चारों ओर गोलाकार गति में घूम रहा हूं)। आपकी प्रदक्षिणा मेरे पापों और दुखों का नाश करने वाली है।।8।।
O God krishna ! I am offering holy basil ( Tulsi ) and belpatra (leaf and tree sacred to Lord Shiva) and scented flowers for you, please accept it. I know that everybody including me is going to end his life in sorrow because of the attachments. I am performing four Pradakshinas (moving around The God in circular motion). Pradakshina is destroyer of my sins and sorrows.8
नमस्कारोऽष्टाङ्गस्सकलदुरितध्वंसनपटुः
कृतं नृत्यं गीतं स्तुतिरपि रमाकान्त सततम्(तत इयम्) ।
तव प्रीत्यै भूयादहमपि च दासस्तव विभो
कृतं छिद्रं पूर्णं कुरु कुरु नमस्तेऽस्तु भगवन् ॥ ९ ॥
हे भगवान कृष्ण! मैं आपके सामने झुकता हूँ। मैं आपको अष्टांग नमस्कार कर रहा हूं। (झुकने का वह प्रकार जहां भक्त अपने माथे, हाथों, सिर, छाती और घुटनों से जमीन को छूता है।) मैं तुम्हें प्रसन्न करने के लिए गाता हूँ, नृत्य करता हूँ और तुम्हारी स्तुति करता हूँ। कृपया मेरे द्वारा की गई सभी पूजाओं को मन ही मन स्वीकार करें। मैं आपका सेवक हूं। यदि पूजा करते समय मुझसे कोई गलती हो गई हो तो कृपया मुझे क्षमा करें।।9।।
O! God Krishna, I bow in front of you. I am performing Ashtanga Namaskara to you. (The type of bowing where the performer touches the land with his forehead, hands, head, chest, and knees.) Such type of bowing is destroyer of all troubles and difficulties. I sing, dance and praise you to please you. Please accept all my worship performed by me in my mind. I am your servant. Please forgive me if I have committed any mistake while performing the pooja.9
सदा सेव्यः कृष्णस्सजलघननीलः करतले
दधानो दध्यन्नं तदनु नवनीतं मुरलिकाम् ।
कदाचित् कान्तानां कुचकलशपत्रालिरचना-
समासक्तः स्निग्द्धैस्सह शिशुविहारं विरचयन् ॥ १० ॥
भगवान के शरीर का रंग पानी वाले बादल के समान गहरा नीला है। उनके एक हाथ में बांसुरी है और दूसरे हाथ में दही के साथ चावल हैं। वह हमेशा शुभ कर्म करते है किन्तु कभी-कभी वह अपनी पत्नियों के साथ आनंद भी उठाते है। चंदन के लेप और कस्तूरी के लेप से रुक्मिणी और सत्यभामा के चित्र बना के और कभी-कभी वह अपने सखाओं के साथ खेलते हुए भी पाए जाते हैं। कृपया सदैव उनकी पूजा करें। कृपया सदैव उनकी सेवा करें।।10।।
His body color is like the cloud having water in it i.e. dark blue. He has Basuri in his one hand and in other hand he is holding rice with curd. He always does good deeds however at times he enjoys with his wives Rukhamini and SatyaBhama by drawing their pictures with Sandal wood paste and Kasturi. At times he is found playing with his friends. Please worship him always. Please serve him always.10
मणिकर्णीच्छया जातमिदं मानसपूजनम् ।
यः कुर्वीतोषसि प्राज्ञः तस्य कृष्णः प्रसीदति ॥ ११ ॥
यह भगवान मानस पूजा श्री मणिकर्णी देवी माँ की इच्छा के अनुसार की जाती है। ऐसा माना जाता है कि जो भी बुद्धिमान व्यक्ति, भक्त सुबह उठकर यह मानस पूजा करता है उसे भगवान श्रीकृष्ण का आशीर्वाद प्राप्त होता है। इस प्रकार भगवान मानस पूजा यहीं समाप्त होती है।।11।।
This Lord Krishna Manas Pooja is performed as per the will of Shri Manikarni Devi ma. It is believed that any wise person or devotee waking up early in the morning performs this Manas Pooja receives blessings from God Shri Krishna.
इति श्री शंकराचार्य विरचितं भगवान कृष्ण मानस पूजा सम्पूर्णम।।
